What to Expect at Your Visit

Insurance & Payments

We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to verify your coverage before your visit. Self-pay and cash-pay options are available for uninsured patients.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant imaging or referral documents. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete registration paperwork.

Referrals

A referral from your primary care physician may be required by your insurance plan. Our office can often assist with referral coordination if needed.

Urgent Concerns

If you're experiencing sudden foot pain, a possible fracture, signs of infection, or a diabetic foot wound, call our office immediately. Same-day appointments may be available for urgent cases.
